Customer Interface

How do customers place an order?

Customers simply scan the QR code on their table to access your digital menu. They can browse categories, view item details with images, add items to cart with customizations, and place the order with one tap.

Can customers track their order status?

Yes, customers see real-time updates from "Order Received" → "Preparing" → "Ready" → "Served". This reduces staff interruptions asking about order status.

Payments & Billing

What payment methods are supported?

Customers can pay via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Digital Wallets, or Cash on Delivery. The system generates a bill summary showing all ordered items with taxes.

Staff Features

How does the staff call feature work?

Customers can request staff assistance (for water, questions etc.) through the app. This sends an instant notification to your staff devices with the table number.
